The hanbok would have existed for thousands of years according to tomb frescoes dating from the kingdom of Koguryo (37 BC) and would have been introduced by the Scytho-Siberian nomads.
The traditional hanbok that we know today is inspired by models worn during the Joseon dynasty (1392-1910).
The beauty of the hanbok lies in the harmony of its colors and the simplicity of its lines.
