USA - All orders over US $ 800 will be subject to import tax. For more information, please consult the US Department of Customs and Border Protection.
UK - Following Brexit, all orders may be subject to import charges, you are also responsible for paying VAT in your country. For more information, please consult the UK Customs Department for more information.
Australia - All orders over AU $ 1 will be subject to import duties. This amount may vary depending on the value of the package. For more information, please consult the Ministry of the Interior
New Zealand - All orders over NZ $ 60 will be subject to import duties. This amount may vary depending on the value of the package. You can get a quote from the New Zealand Customs Service website.
Refusal to pay customs duties
If you choose to refuse customs charges, the package will be returned to the warehouses of Maison Wanderlust and your item will be refunded.
If you are still not sure if you should pay customs fees, we recommend that you contact your local customs office for more information before placing your order.
Log into your account via the online store, check the status of your recent order. If the order has been fulfilled, click on the order information and you will find your tracking information there.

As soon as your order has been processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. You can then track your order using the tracking link in the email. If you haven't received an email yet, don't worry! It usually takes 24-72 hours for your order to ship.
Please note that tracking may take around 24-48 hours to update after shipping.
Let's face it, feedback can be a bit awkward. You ordered something, and now you have to send it back. But don't panic, here at la Maison Wanderlust, we've worked hard to make this process as transparent as possible.

La Maison Wanderlust does not currently offer exchanges - only refunds!
Items must be unworn and unwashed.
We do not accept underwear and socks. If they are returned, the item (s) will be sent back to you.
Items cannot be returned if the care label has been cut / removed.
All items are thoroughly inspected before any action is taken.
You have 14 days from the date of receipt of your items to return them.
You are responsible for the shipping costs for returning the package.
Items from separate orders cannot be returned in the same package, grouping orders will slow down the refund process!
Returns of packages received separately cannot be returned in the same package.
In the unlikely event that you have received a defective item, please contact support.
Please do not return damaged items unless advised by a member of our support team, as this may slow down the resolution time.

Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges at this time. In order to make the return process as efficient as possible, we only offer refunds.
Our goal is to refund your return as soon as it has been received in our warehouse, allowing you to place a new order as quickly as possible. This is usually done within 2-3 business days of the date you sent the return to your chosen shipping service.
If you need a different size or color item, you will need to reorder. You will be notified by email when we have processed your refund.
We have partnered with our Stripe card processor to ensure that all transactions made in our store are 100% secure.
You can also use Paypal without a Paypal account by simply entering your credit card details. In this case, the transaction will be processed by Paypal (additional costs may be charged by the third party).
In case of doubt about the origin of your payment, our team will contact you to verify your identity. We do this in order to prevent any possible cases of fraud.
